HOW ARE PRODUCTS DELIVERED?
Products will be delivered via express courier. The delivery cost will be displayed on the checkout page.
WHEN WILL THE PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED?
Products will be delivered depending on the chosen payment method, as follows:

If you choose payment by online card or bank transfer, products will be handed over to the courier on the next business day after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Policy Details

The Seller will ship the ordered and confirmed products to the Buyer, respecting the delivery times communicated and the fee displayed during checkout.

The Seller will properly package the products and send them, with the invoice being sent electronically via email to the address provided by the Client at the time of placing the order.

Currently, none of our delivery methods allow the Client to inspect (open) the package before payment and receipt by the Buyer. If the received package does not match the placed order, the return process will be initiated.

If the package arrives visibly damaged, with a compromised box or improperly shaped envelope, we recommend refusing the package and reporting the issue via email to contact@mygrace.ro.

If the Seller cannot meet the initial shipping deadlines, the Buyer will be informed of the delay. If the Buyer considers the deadlines unreasonable, the order cancellation process will be initiated, along with the refund of the order value to the Client.

If the delivery information provided by the Client is incorrect, and the courier company is unable to deliver the package due to reasons beyond its control, the Seller is exempt from the responsibility of meeting delivery deadlines, the fault lying solely with the Buyer for providing incorrect delivery details.

Delivery is carried out only within Romania. Delivery costs will be specified on the checkout page.

If the courier is unable to deliver the package to the Buyer because the Buyer could not be contacted or the delivery information is incorrect, and the package is returned to the Seller, the Buyer will be required to pay the delivery fee again if they wish to have the package resent.

Please note that delivery times may be delayed during busy periods of the year (e.g., holidays, when delivery services are highly demanded). In such cases, the Seller cannot be held responsible, as the Seller fulfills the obligation to process and dispatch the package no later than the next business day following order confirmation.
