Return Policy

1. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

To initiate a return, it is necessary to complete the form above.

Additional Notes:

  • The product must not show signs of wear or use. The product, together with the manufacturer’s packaging, must be properly packaged—at least in another box or bag—to prevent damage during transport, so that it does not show signs of damage caused by inadequate packaging.

  • Once the return request is registered, you will be contacted by the MYGRACE team to provide information regarding your return.

  • By law, we are obliged to refund your money within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • According to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it via courier. Returns made after this period can only be accepted if they meet the product/service warranty conditions.

 

2. RETURN POLICY FOR ORDERED PRODUCTS / SERVICES

The cost of returning and/or replacing a product will be borne by MYGRACE only if the delivered product is defective or different from the one ordered. Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the User/Buyer (unless otherwise specified in the respective offer or if a specific promotion applies).

 

3. PRODUCTS WITHOUT THE RIGHT OF RETURN

The following are exempt from the right of withdrawal, according to Article 16 of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014:

  • c) the supply of products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  • d) the supply of products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;

  • e) the supply of sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer;

  • f) the supply of products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.

 

4. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN REQUEST

Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods, you may request a refund of the amount paid, regardless of the reason for the return. You can submit your request by completing the return form at the top of the page.

MYGRACE reserves the right to investigate any return request and to refuse fraudulent or abusive return requests that occur after the consumption/provision/purchase of the goods or service.

Refunds will be made exclusively to the bank account provided by the customer.
