How Adina and Cosmin created their wedding favors with us, in the MYGRACE workshop

At the end of last year, we received a message from one of our clients.

"Hey! A friend of mine is getting married next year and I think she would really love your wedding favors. Can I give her your number?"

Of course, we said yes.

That's how we met Adina.

Earlier this year, she and Cosmin visited our workshop for the first time.

They didn't come to place a rushed order.

They came to see what we create, compare models, and test the fragrances.

If you're also in the stage of seeking inspiration, you can view all models in the Wedding Favors collection.

First visit to the workshop

Every time a couple visits our workshop, we start the same way.

We lay out all the options we have on the table.

In their case, these were the ceramic containers we handcraft in the workshop, different label variations, and all the fragrances they could choose from.

We opened each bottle one by one.

We talked about their wedding, the chosen decor, and the atmosphere they envisioned for their special day.

They smelled almost all the fragrances.

They compared the containers.

They asked questions.

They took photos.

They said they would think about it and wouldn't choose on the spot.

And honestly, we didn't want that either.

We tell all future brides and grooms the same thing:

Go home. Think about it. Compare. If you have any more questions, come back.

Wedding favors are one of those details that deserve to be chosen without rush.

The meeting where they made their decision

After approximately two to three weeks, Adina returned to the workshop.

This time she came alone.

In the meantime, she had analyzed all the options and had only one more thing to do.

To test the fragrances one more time.

At one point, she smiled and told us:

"It's quite hard for me to decide between fragrances, but I really think the hyacinth one would be popular with most guests."

She smelled the two fragrances she was wavering between one more time.

In the end, she chose the hyacinth fragrance.

A floral, fresh scent that gives you the sensation of entering a garden full of blooming hyacinths.

At the same time, she also chose the ceramic container handcrafted in our workshop, in the 90g wax version.

We like the favors to remain in guests' homes even after the event. That's precisely why we choose containers that can be reused even after the candle has burned out.

On the same day, we finalized all the details and began preparing the 60 favors.

The day we decorated the 60 favors together

Almost two months passed.

We poured the candles, let them cure, and when everything was ready, we called Adina.

She came back to the workshop.

This time not for a meeting.

But because we were going to decorate all 60 favors together.

We laid out the dried flowers on the table.

White and pink Helichrysum.

The containers.

The labels.

And we started.

We placed one flower at a time.

We moved some around.

We changed a few positions because we thought they looked better.

We made some videos.

We laughed.

We chatted.

Almost three hours passed without us realizing it.

In the end, we arranged all 60 favors side by side.

And we looked at them for a few minutes without saying much.

I think that's when we truly realized how they would look on the wedding day.

The white and pink flowers chosen by Adina perfectly matched the event's decor, made with natural potted flowers.

The favors led to stationery

During our meetings, Adina told us that she wanted all the wedding details to be cohesive.

That's how the menus and gift envelopes also came about.

We didn't do them in one day.

We discussed.

We modified.

We chose other options.

We changed small details.

Until everything came together in a single concept.

At one point, Adina told us something we haven't forgotten:

"We preferred to choose a few services, but these had to be the best."

I think this statement perfectly describes how they organized their wedding.

After the wedding

Just the other day, Adina stopped by the workshop again.

Not for an order.

But for coffee and stories.

She showed us videos from the wedding and told us that the guests really appreciated the favors.

Many asked where they were from.

But something else made us even happier.

After the wedding, they visited some of their guests.

And they saw the candles placed on the table in their homes.

I think this is the most beautiful compliment someone working in a workshop can receive.

It means that the favors didn't just remain a memory from the wedding day.

They became a part of people's homes.

What we've noticed after many meetings with future brides and grooms

Start choosing favors early

Our recommendation is to start approximately 2-4 months before the event. You'll have time to see the products in person, test the fragrances, and personalize all the details without rushing.

Test fragrances in the workshop

Many future brides and grooms return for a second testing before making their final decision.

And that's perfectly normal.

A fragrance should be chosen after you discover it, not just by its name.

Think through all the details together

When the favors, stationery, and decor are designed with the same vision, the entire event gains more harmony.

What future brides and grooms most often ask us when they visit the workshop

Can we visit the workshop before ordering?

Yes. In fact, that's one of the reasons we chose to have a workshop. You can see the models in person, compare containers, and test all fragrances before making a decision.

Can we customize the favors?

Certainly. We can personalize the labels, decor, and other details to match your wedding style.

Can we test all the fragrances?

Yes. And we even recommend it.

The choice is much easier when you can compare them side by side.

Do you also create stationery in the same theme?

Yes.

We can create menus, gift envelopes, and other stationery elements with the same visual direction.
