According to OUG No. 10/2018 amending and supplementing OUG No. 190/2000 on the regime of precious metals and precious stones in Romania, precious metal jewelry is marked to prove its conformity, containing: the title mark (related to the precious metal), the responsibility mark (MYGR) and the state mark, there being a series of exceptions to marking according to Cap. III, art. 12.
